Jess Risk

Jess (Esch) Risk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education administration, project management, and program development. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of GME Systems at the Indiana University School of Medicine, Jess demonstrated strong process development and analytical skills, improving compliance procedures and addressing student wellness needs. As Founder and CEO of Joyfilled Nutrition Co. LLC, Jess leads initiatives in health and wellness coaching. Previous roles include Project Manager at Regenstrief Institute, where Jess successfully managed multiple biomedical research projects, and Evaluation Coordinator for Indiana University’s Charting the Future Project, focusing on student engagement programs.
