Alex Covarrubias

Alex Covarrubias serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Zensors since November 2023 and is actively involved as a Startup Mentor/Advisor at Plug and Play Tech Center since April 2021, mentoring various Travel-Tech startups. As a Strategic Advisor at Indicio, Alex focuses on creating Trusted Data Ecosystems using blockchain technology, and as an Executive Advisor at Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, Alex contributes to reinventing transportation. Previously, Alex held the position of Senior Vice President at Assaia – The ApronAI, and served as the CEO and Founder of Limen Technologies. Alex's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at SITA, where varied leadership roles encompassed Vice President and Director of Airport Business Development. Alex started the professional journey at Enron Broadband Services as a Senior Sales Engineer and has held managerial roles at TELSYS S.A. and Entel. Alex earned degrees in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
