Kamen Palatov

Kamen Palatov is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and business development. Currently serving as Director and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at PT. Indika Energy Tbk. since January 2011, Kamen is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and business development. Prior to this role, Kamen worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from September 2006 to December 2010, specializing in corporate restructuring and strategic analyses for major international firms across various industries. Earlier experience includes a position as a Summer Associate in Investment Banking at Bear Stearns and serving as an Investment Performance Analyst at Northern Trust. Educational credentials include an MBA from both The Chinese University of Hong Kong and HEC Paris, as well as a BA in Government from Franklin & Marshall College.
