Pradita Khairinnisa

Pradita Khairinnisa currently serves as the HC Operations & Development Supervisor at PT Indika Energy Tbk. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Pradita worked as a Workforce Planning & Acquisition Specialist at RH Petrogas Limited from February 2023 to August 2024, focusing on developing organizational effectiveness and workforce strategies. From August 2019 to February 2023, Pradita held the position of Human Resources Officer at Petrogas (Basin) Ltd., where responsibilities included developing job descriptions for oil and gas positions. Earlier experience includes a role in Learning & Development Project Support at Daya Dimensi Indonesia, assisting with executive education projects. Pradita is currently pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Indonesia, having previously earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
