Junfeng Jafar Wang

Junfeng “Jafar” Wang joined Legend Capital in 2004. He now serves as Managing Director of the firm, with 14 years of investment and management experience. Wang has a decade of experience working in advanced manufacturing and the healthcare industry. He has significant experience in growth investments. He has led or participated in multiple successful investments including Boloni, BGE(603588.SH), Sunshine Paper (02002. HK), Hanwha SolarOne (formerly SolarFun) (NASDAQ: HSOL), Hiconics (300048. SZ), GeoEnviron Engineering & Technology (603588. SH), Materials Industry Zhongda Group (600704. SH), Ucar (838006. OC), KAWIN Technology, BAHEAL Intelligence, Techen Electronic Technology, Colibri Technology, and ForU, among others.

Wang holds an MBA in international finance from McMaster University and a bachelor’s degree in polymer chemistry from Lanzhou University.
