Soebronto Laras

Mr. Soebronto Laras, born in 1943, an Indonesian citizen, joined lndomobil Group since 1976 as President Director of PT lndomobil Utama. In 1982 he was appointed as President Director of the Company and in June 2002 as President Commissioner of the Company based on Notarial Deed No. 95 dated 25 June 2002 which was made before Mrs. Poerbaningsih Adi Warsito, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. He currently serves as the Vice President Commissioner of PT Jurnalindo Aksara Grafika (Bisnis Indonesia) and as President Commissioner in various subsidiaries within lndomobil Group. He obtained his Mechanical Engineering Degree from the Paisley College in Scotland in 1969 and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Hendon College in London in 1972.
