Laya Kaddoura

Laya Kaddoura currently serves as an Administrative Office Assistant in the HR Division at Inductive Automation since April 2023. Previously, Laya worked as a JetAviva CRM/CX Intern from June 2023 to September 2023, where responsibilities included creating reports to enhance CRM efficiency and collaborating with the VP of Operations to gain insights into the Business Aviation Industry. Laya's earlier experience includes roles as a Receptionist Sales and Service Representative at Von Housen Automotive Group from February 2021 to January 2023, and as a Logistics and Web Coordinator at Nordstrom from July 2020 to January 2021. Laya is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies at California State University-Sacramento, expected to be completed in 2024, and has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Sierra College.
