Ted Jackson is a Vice President of Operations of Duro Bag, a division of Novolex. Novolex is one of North America’s leaders in packaging choice and sustainability serving retail, grocery, food service, hospitality, institutional and industrial markets and is a portfolio company of the Carlyle Group. Ted has an over 20 year distinguished record of leading teams as a manufacturing executive and consultant to create value by exceeding EBITDA goals through building teams, driving operational improvements, leading M&A due diligence and post-merger integration while improving safety, quality and service.
Previously, Ted served as a Director with AlixPartners, a global management consulting firm focused on corporate turnarounds and operations performance improvement and was one of the leaders in the Consumer Products and Manufacturing Industry teams driving innovative improvements in cost, productivity, quality and delivery for manufacturing companies. Earlier career roles include Manufacturing and Supply Chain positions with IBM and SAP.
Ted has been a key team leader presented with the Kentucky Manufacturer of the Year and the Turnaround Management Association’s Annual Turnaround of the Year Awards. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Engineering at Clark Atlanta University and an MBA from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.
