Karin Sass

Karin Sass is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing HR operations across multiple countries. Currently serving as HR Manager at Industriens Pension since August 2023, Karin previously held various HR leadership roles at Nordea from October 2015 to August 2023, overseeing teams and projects in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, and Estonia. Key achievements at Nordea include the establishment of an HR Service Centre and the successful transformation of HR processes.
