Maria Rachal

Maria Rachal is an experienced editor currently working at Industry Dive, where responsibilities include leading strategy and content production for the Waste Dive and Smart Cities Dive publications focused on sustainability. Previously, Maria served as an editor and associate editor for MedTech Dive, where expertise in reporting and newsletter operations was developed. Additional roles include trip leader at Overland Summers, producer at Rockbridge Report, and editorial intern at Australian Geographic, among other positions. Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Politics from Washington and Lee University and a Certificate of Proficiency from the University of Otago.
