Mohamed Abd El Fattah

Mohamed Abd El Fattah is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate and litigation law. Currently serving as Legal Manager at INERTIA EGYPT since April 2021, Mohamed has been instrumental in structuring the legal department, reviewing and drafting sales contracts, and providing legal consultations to the board of directors. Previously, as Senior Legal Counsel at Soliman Hadad for Legal Services, responsibilities included representing clients in various courts and formulating legal dispute strategies. Mohamed has also held positions as Senior Litigation Associate at Egyptian Resorts Company and Senior Investigator at the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, where contributions included enhancing corporate governance and overseeing legal compliance in architectural preservation. Education includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in Public Law from Cairo University.
