Americo Azevedo

Americo Azevedo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational design, strategy, and operations management. As the founder of Thinkviser since June 2020, Azevedo provides consulting services in organizational design and operating models. Azevedo serves as Program Director and Lecturer at Porto Business School and holds multiple roles at INESC Technology and Science, including Coordinator of TEC4INDUSTRY and Head of Research at INESC TEC. In academia, Azevedo has been an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto since 1988. Prior experience includes co-founding CAI – Controlo e Automação Industrial Lda. Azevedo's educational background includes advanced degrees in Corporate Strategy and Engineering Systems from esteemed institutions, complemented by a PhD in Engineering Sciences.
