Hans Borghgraef

Hans Borghgraef currently serves as the Head of CX & UX and Data & AI at Inetum since December 2023. Previously, Hans has held various roles at Inetum-Realdolmen since January 2019, including Solution Manager Digital Consulting, CX & UX, and several leadership positions within digital consulting. Prior experience includes a role as IT Service Delivery Manager & Team Lead at Gfi BeLux from October 2014 to December 2018, and a significant tenure at Ikea Belgium from August 1996 to September 2014, where Hans progressed through numerous positions including Team Lead Application Development and Business Area Manager Aftersales. Hans holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interieurarchitectuur / Binnenhuisarchitectuur from Coloma Mechelen, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
