Paul Grimshaw

Paul Grimshaw, MBA, is an experienced sustainability manager with a strong background in environmental management and operations. Currently serving as the Sustainability Manager at INFICON since May 2017, Paul has designed and implemented sustainability strategies aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, focusing on issues such as energy use, resource conservation, and pollution reduction. Previously, as Vice President of Operations and Sustainability at Cold Springs R&D, Inc., from March 2000 to May 2017, Paul developed and monitored sustainability strategies across various domains. Earlier experience includes serving as an Environmental Project Manager at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, where Paul directed a water quality monitoring program. Paul holds an MBA in Business Management from Syracuse University, a BS in Biological Science from the State University of New York at Oswego, and a Graduate Certificate in Natural Resource Policy & Administration from the University of Florida.
