A Senior Director who chairs both the Audit & Remuneration Committees of the Board, has over 35 years of international experience in Engineering, FMCG, Trading & Real Estate Sectors and of this he has held offices as Directors and CEOs for over 15 years. Specializing in Accounts, Finance, Corporate Restructuring and Project Management, he has previously been with Unilever, UK, and Robert Bosch GMBH companies and holds Senior Directorial positions in many Infinity Associates internationally.
