Leon Kharkhourin

Leon Kharkhourin is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with a strong focus on technology startups and performance management solutions. Currently serving as a Partner at Sherpa Venture Studios and U-Rite, Leon also holds advisory and board positions at Data Sentinel Inc., InfinitySPM, MaRS Discovery District, Cinchy, and GLAnalytics. As the CEO of Delbridge Solutions since 2013, Leon oversees growth strategies and the sales, marketing, and partner channel divisions within the company, which specializes in corporate technology solutions. Previously, Leon served as the CEO of Obero SPM, leading the company until its acquisition by Xactly Corporation in 2018, and managed Performance Management Services for IBM's North American Business Unit. Leon holds an MBA in Information Technology/Operations from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
