Perica Miovic Petronio

Perica Miovic Petronio, LLM, currently serves as the Group Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Business Integrity at Infobip, overseeing global legal, regulatory, antitrust, privacy, compliance, and ESG matters since November 2020. Previously, Perica held roles such as Group Deputy General Counsel - Global, managing a team of over 50 lawyers across 60 countries and driving legal support in M&A transactions. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Deloitte Legal and Hrvatski Telekom, where Perica specialized in competition law and regulatory affairs.
