Kevin Grider is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in program management and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as ServiceNow Program Manager at Infocenter, Kevin previously held the position of Global IT Senior Director at Hertz, where leadership of a 60-member global team and management of a $23M budget were critical in revitalizing IT operations post-bankruptcy. Kevin also led the development of a comprehensive global Software Asset Management program at Western Union and oversaw IT service delivery at Hitachi Vantara. Other roles include managing application and infrastructure support teams at Newmont Corporation and delivering IT Managed Services at Computer Sciences Corporation. Kevin's military background as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force provided foundational skills as an avionics technician and Defense Courier. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
