Charlotte Lafontan

Charlotte LAFONTAN currently serves as Assistante RH at Infomil since June 2023. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Chargée de Recrutement at ACTIVUS Group from October 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included identifying human resource needs, drafting and posting job offers, sourcing candidates from various job boards, managing applications, conducting telephone pre-qualifications, and participating in student forums and job fairs. Prior to that, Charlotte worked at TAMAN from September 2019 to September 2022 in several roles including Chargée de Recrutement and Assistante de Direction des Ressources Humaines. Charlotte holds a Bachelor degree in Human Resources with a focus on Recruitment from ISTEF, obtained between 2019 and 2021.
