Sean Griffey

Sean Griffey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital media and consulting. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Informa TechTarget since December 2024, Griffey previously co-founded and led Industry Dive as CEO from January 2012 to December 2024, where the company provided business news and analysis for millions of executives. Prior to that, Griffey held multiple leadership roles at FierceMarkets, including President, where significant accomplishments included leading the company through a successful exit. Earlier career highlights include positions as Managing Consultant at EDS / AT Kearney, Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Griffey holds an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Management of Organizations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Economics from Penn State University.
