Holly Babineau

Holly Babineau serves as a Senior Program Coordinator for Immigration Initiatives at the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) since June 2018. Prior to this role, Holly was an Educator at EBUS Academy, one of British Columbia's largest distributed learning schools, from 2010 to 2017. Holly has also held key positions such as Project Manager in Communications and Marketing at Dalhousie University and worked as a Public Relations Assistant and Office Coordinator at Queen's University. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa and Economics, from Queen's University.
