Roy Hoover

Roy Hoover is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and information systems management. Currently serving as the Pennsylvania State Coordinator and a Volunteer at the Information Technology Disaster Resource Center (ITDRC) since April 2021, Roy also operates Hoover Technology Consulting, LLC, focusing on helping organizations optimize their communications infrastructure through available funding. Prior to these roles, Roy held significant positions, including Network and Telecommunications Coordinator at Lancaster Lebanon IU 13 from October 1998 to February 2021 and Manager of Information Systems at Eastern Lancaster County School District from July 1986 to October 1998. Educational qualifications include a BS in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University and an AST in Electronics from York Technical Institute, among others.
