Megan Wierzba

Megan Wierzba is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing complex global HR operations and transitions. Currently serving as AVP of HR Transitions at Infosys since April 2021, Megan oversees large-scale managed services engagements with a focus on outsourcing and client contractual commitments. Previously, as Sr. Director of HR Business Operations at Conduent Inc, from October 2017 to July 2019, Megan led global HR operations related to corporate divestitures and mergers. Megan also held the role of Sr. Global HR Transition and Integration Manager at Infosys Technologies Ltd from 2005 to July 2019, providing expertise in HR solutions for outsourcing and integration. Earlier career experience includes functioning as HR Business Partner Manager and HR Manager at Texas Instruments from 1996 to June 2006. Megan Wierzba holds a BA in Political Science from Central Michigan University.
