Prem Mirchandani

Prem Mirchandani is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Associate Vice President and Head of HR for the Financial Services Unit at Infosys since January 2019. Prior to this role, Prem held various HR leadership positions, including Vice President of HR at GE Capital, where responsibilities included managing the entire employee life cycle for the Hyderabad site, and General Manager of Human Resources at HCL Technologies. Prem's career began at Infosys Technologies, where significant accomplishments included establishing the Human Resources Department at a Development Centre that grew substantially. Earlier experiences include managerial roles at Navin Fluorine International Ltd. and Sriram Investment Services Limited. Prem holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and has completed various leadership programs, including a Global Leadership Program at Stanford University.
