Zac Penman

Zac Penman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client relations, sales, and sports management. Currently serving as an Adjustment Resolution Associate at Infosys since October 2020, Zac efficiently processes and tracks work order information for Vanguard Clients while collaborating closely with client administration to exceed expectations. Concurrently, Zac supervises game day operations for the Philadelphia Eagles' Merchandise Department and scouts high school and college players for the Atlanta Braves. Previously, Zac held positions at Vanguard, Philadelphia Union, Delmarva Shorebirds, Washington Redskins, and ARAMARK, accumulating significant experience in sales and account management, particularly in sports-related environments. Zac holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Neumann University, earned in 2010.
