Anna Perelman, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management across diverse industries. Currently serving as Performance Enhancement and Coaching Leader at Sweet James LLP since August 2024, and as VP of People & Strategy (Fractional) at InfoWerks Data Services, LLC since April 2021, Anna has a proven track record of overseeing business planning, company culture, and HR programs. With a background as Managing Consultant at Resources Global Professionals & Plus Delta Consulting since June 2010, Anna has facilitated transformation for notable clients including CNN and Warner Bros. Previous roles include Sr Program Manager at CNN, Co-Founder and CEO of Stellé, Ex. Director of Organization Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Director of Organization Development & Talent Management at The Walt Disney Studios. Anna holds a BS in Business from the University of Southern California and both an MS and PhD in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
