Richard Brandon Mrics

Richard Brandon MRICS is an accomplished professional in the construction and data center sectors, currently serving as a Partner Member at Infrastructure Masons since 2020. Previously, Richard held the position of Vice President, Head of Design & Construction Europe at CyrusOne, a major player in data center development that was involved in a landmark acquisition by KKR and GIP in 2022. Richard's extensive experience also includes roles as Director of Mission Critical & International Board Director at Structure Tone, Head of Construction & Delivery - Europe at Digital Realty, Associate Director - Mission Critical at CBRE, and Senior Project Manager at Bidwells. Richard possesses a first-class honours degree in Building Surveying from the University of Brighton, complemented by a Diploma in French for Business. Additionally, Richard is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building.
