Qassim Dada

Qassim Dada is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project finance and public-private partnerships. Currently serving as a Director at Infrastructure Ontario since November 2020, Qassim previously held significant roles at the Asian Development Bank and the Sindh Mass Transit Authority, where key accomplishments included managing multi-million-dollar loan contracts, leading transaction advisory for major infrastructure projects, and transforming project governance frameworks. Qassim also contributed to the effective execution of financing agreements for large-scale mass transit and infrastructure initiatives. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Computer Science from the Institute of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, complemented by CFA Level 1 certification.
