Khader abu al-Eis

Khader Abu Al-Eis, PE, PMP is a seasoned professional with over 34 years of experience in civil engineering, specializing in construction, design, and maintenance of highway projects. Currently serving as Vice President for Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) at Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC since January 2017, Khader manages major projects and oversees business development. Previously, Khader held the position of Advanced Civil Engineer and Project Manager at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation from February 1989 to January 2017, focusing on mega projects and geotechnical engineering for bridge foundations, box culverts, and retaining walls. Khader holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Portland State University.
