Hazel Alejo

Hazel Alejo is a skilled recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and technical recruitment. Currently serving as a Recruiter at ING Hubs Philippines since June 2024, Hazel previously held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Master at Seven Seven from March 2018 to June 2024, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at Nokia and Eclaro International, where Hazel specialized in sourcing and assessing candidates using various platforms and tools. Hazel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Development Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
