Brad Jagger

Brad Jagger is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President in ING's Acquisition Finance division since July 2017, where support is provided to Private Equity clients for leveraged buyouts and recapitalisations. Prior to this role, Jagger was an Associate at BNP Paribas, focusing on the origination and execution of senior and high yield products for LBOs and corporate refinancings, with a sector agnostic approach and a specialization in TMT through the Media Telecom Financing team. Jagger also held the position of Associate in Structured Finance at Santander UK, emphasizing deal origination for Financial Sponsors, and served as Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance - Restructuring at Deloitte UK, dealing with insolvency and advisory work. Early career experience includes a three-month internship in Bullion Clearing operations at JPMorgan Chase. Jagger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Cardiff University, completed in 2010.
