Cristina-Ioana Olariu

Cristina-Ioana Olariu is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ING in Luxembourg since November 2018 and previously as a Senior HR Business Partner in Romania, Cristina has held key HR roles at various organizations including Cegeka Romania as Head of HR and BIC as Senior Human Resources Manager. Cristina's expertise extends to talent acquisition, having successfully implemented hiring strategies at Deutsche Bank that resulted in filling 500 positions within two years. Additionally, Cristina has served in leadership positions at Société Générale and Genpact, focusing on HR management, recruitment, and employee relations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management and HR from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and a University Degree from the University of Bucharest.
