Evelijn van Leeuwen

Evelijn van Leeuwen is an experienced professional with a robust background in agile coaching and continuous improvement, currently serving as a Lead Continuous Improvement and Way of Working coach at ING since August 2010. Evelijn has held various leadership roles within ING, including Chapter Lead Agile Coaching, Manager Management & Support Services, and Manager Lean Agile team, focusing on agile transformations and enhancing collaboration within software development and risk departments. Additionally, Evelijn is a lecturer in Information Management at Hogeschool van Amsterdam since August 2022 and has previous experience as Practice Director at Logica, overseeing Enterprise Content Management and business intelligence practices. With a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics, Evelijn possesses a strong academic foundation to support expertise in continuous improvement and team coaching.
