Ilya Melnikov

Ilya Melnikov is a seasoned business architect with extensive experience at ING since 2001, currently serving as the Business Architect for Payments and Settlements Services. In this principal consultant role, Ilya is pivotal in strategic initiatives across major markets, including the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, managing over 5 billion payments and settlements annually.
