Ivo Blom

Ivo Blom is an experienced product management professional with a career spanning over two decades, primarily at ING since 1999. Currently serving as Product Owner and Head of Merchant Acquiring Services, Ivo has successfully managed product lines for international merchant services and e-Invoicing, alongside designing ING's ecommerce platform for the Netherlands and Belgium. Previously, Ivo held various product management positions at ING, including leadership roles in managing international teams and overseeing the product life cycle for cards acquiring and cash collection. Ivo began the career at KPN as a Business Consultant, focusing on performance measurement and introducing methodologies like Balanced Score Card. Ivo holds a degree in Economy from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
