Jasper Boer

Jasper Boer has extensive experience in legal and privacy-related roles, currently serving as Business Control Officer Global HR at ING since January 2020, focusing on Non-Financial Risk control testing and risk management. Prior to this, Jasper worked as a Privacy Consultant at Westra Vreeswijk, advising clients on GDPR compliance and data management. Previous positions include Intellectual Property and Privacy Paralegal at Van der Steenhoven Advocaten, where Jasper contributed to GDPR compliance efforts, and a Legal Affairs Intern at VIVAT, specializing in IT law and data processing agreements. Jasper also has experience in legitimacy control and general legal advisory roles, complemented by a Master of Laws and Bachelor of Laws from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
