Josepha Sebaaly

Josepha Sebaaly is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in strategy consulting and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Consultant at ING since April 2022, Josepha successfully developed a growth plan for a retail banking franchise, targeting a significant 50% ROI increase. Previously, as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, Josepha played a key role in strategizing one of the largest real estate projects in the MENA region. Additional experience includes leading efforts at BETABAT s.a.r.l, achieving a 10% contract increase, and implementing cost-saving structural designs at BEATEC. Josepha holds an MBA from HEC Paris, a certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions, and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Lebanese University, complemented by a Teaching Diploma in Chemistry.
