Lucie Vottova

Lucie Vottova serves as the Global Employee Insights Lead at ING since March 2019, where leadership of a behavioral research unit supports the global HR strategy and analytics center of excellence in evidence-based decision-making. Previously, Lucie held interim roles including Global Employee Listening Lead and served as a Senior Consultant in People Analytics, delivering analytical products through data science and behavioral science. Lucie's past experience includes work as a Business Information Manager focusing on reporting and analytics for global HR, and as a Senior Human Resources Specialist responsible for the reward function at ING Bank Česká republika, along with implementation leadership on various transformation projects. Earlier roles included a position as a Client Service Executive at NMS Market Research, specializing in qualitative and quantitative research design. Lucie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Charles University and further education from the University of Gothenburg.
