Pauline de Boer

Pauline De Boer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and IT integration, currently serving as a Feature Engineer and IT Project Manager for ING since September 2014. With a background as Chapter Lead for both Feature Engineers and IT Integrators within the Omnichannel domain, Pauline oversees the management of feature engineering teams and the migration of mobile applications. Prior to this, Pauline held various roles at ING from January 2009 to August 2014, including Operational Delivery Service Manager, Service Level Manager, and Controller in Management Accounting. Earlier career experience includes consulting at Klopotek B.V., where Pauline provided implementation support for software systems and developed training materials. Educational credentials include a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from UNC Plus Delta and a BBA in Business Economics from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
