Wojciech Marchwicki

Wojciech Marchwicki, MCIPS Chartered, serves as the Head of Procurement and CPO Wholesale Banking European Countries at ING Polska, leveraging extensive experience in procurement management across multiple countries, including Poland, Ukraine, and the UK. Since joining ING in October 2007, Wojciech has excelled in strategy development, supplier coordination, budget management exceeding 1 billion PLN, and risk management in procurement. Previous roles include Commercial Director at BZO BEFADO, Managing Director at “Silfarm” Sp. z o.o., and various managerial positions in sales, marketing, and import departments at several companies. Wojciech is also academically distinguished, having completed a Master's degree in Home and International Markets and various professional programs related to procurement and business administration.
