Yana Stetsenko

Yana Stetsenko is a seasoned professional in regulatory compliance and strategic management with extensive experience at ING. Currently serving as a Senior Regulatory & Model Expert in Capital & Liquidity, Yana specializes in the CRR3 regulations, providing critical impact analysis and advising on the integration of changes in the modelling landscape. Prior to this role, Yana headed Strategic Change Portfolio Management for ING Netherlands and Belgium, successfully translating digitization strategies into actionable roadmaps and managing a significant budget. Earlier positions included Business Manager to the COO at ING Deutschland, where Yana coordinated executive engagements with regulatory bodies and oversaw agile transformation initiatives. Yana's career began at ING Ukraine with a focus on Wholesale Banking strategy and corporate finance analysis. Yana holds master’s degrees in International Economics and Management, as well as Teaching English as a Second Language, supplemented by an international management program from St. Galler Business School.
