Yaqing Lu

Yaqing Lu is a Service Designer with extensive experience in enhancing organizational processes and systems, currently employed at ING since December 2023. Prior to this role, Yaqing worked at Exception from February 2022 to November 2023, contributing to projects such as program and project reporting systems and engineering walk-down processes. Additionally, Yaqing provided services to Magnox Ltd through Exception from March 2022 to October 2023. Yaqing holds a Master of Arts in Design for Change from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Art of Digital Media from Communication University of Zhejiang, complemented by a visiting student program in English Language at the University of Pennsylvania in 2018.
