Ronnie Mitra

Ronnie Mitra currently serves as General Counsel at INGERMAN since February 2016, bringing extensive experience in real estate finance from prior roles as an attorney at Reed Smith LLP from February 2006 to January 2016 and at Klehr Harrison for a brief period in 2005. Additionally, Ronnie held an attorney position at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick & Cole, LLP focusing on public finance from February 2003 to September 2005. Notably, Ronnie represented a nationally recognized life insurance company in a significant $128 million commercial mortgage loan transaction involving multiple states. Ronnie earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Bucknell University in 1999.
