Daryl Bladt

Daryl Bladt currently serves as the EHS Manager at Ingevity since March 2018, focusing on safety and environmental health within the industrial mobile workforce. Prior to this role, Daryl was the ChemCare Health and Safety Manager at Univar from December 2010 to March 2018, supporting cross-functional teams and promoting a safety-first culture through effective communication and collaboration. Daryl's experience also includes working as a Foreman at Falk Renew Prager, where responsibilities included supervising project teams, conducting daily production meetings, and integrating safety techniques into workflows. Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University, as well as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician certification from the College of the Mainland.
