Ellen Pulver Flatt

Ellen Pulver Flatt possesses a robust legal background spanning over two decades, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law since August 2020. As General Counsel for Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corp since January 2018, Ellen Pulver Flatt provides strategic legal counsel for transactions, partnerships, and financing. In addition, Ellen Pulver Flatt holds the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Inglis and chairs the Inglis Housing Corporation Board. Previous experience includes serving as Commercial Counsel and later Managing General Counsel, Commercial at Airgas, where responsibilities included contract negotiation and management of commercial lawyers, as well as Vice President and General Counsel at Entertainment Games, Inc.
