Julia Sanguinetti

Julia Sanguinetti is a Principal Technologist (Digital Innovation) at Ingredion Incorporated, leading digital transformation initiatives and predictive modeling for consumer packaged goods. In addition, Julia serves as a Research and Data Science Mentor at Polygence, guiding students in the application of data science techniques to analyze real-world issues. Previously, Julia was an R&D Advisor at Mycobites, contributing to new product development and data analytics strategy for a prominent food tech startup. As a Data Scientist at Scala Computing, Julia developed an analytics platform to provide insights for clients in technology and environmental research. Julia's early career includes roles at Impossible Foods and Bay Area Green Tours, with a strong foundation in sustainable development research from The University of Queensland. Julia holds a BS in Environmental Science from Dickinson College, a Graduate Certificate in Computer Science from New York University, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
