Jay Rosen

Jay Rosen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Hikma Capital Partners since May 2023. Rosen holds the position of Strategic Global Advisor and Board Member for Inhabitr and contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Aseer Investment Company. Previously, Rosen held key financial leadership roles at Red Sea Global and its subsidiaries, where efforts focused on the development of sustainable tourism destinations in alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Rosen's background includes managing investments and advisory services through JRO Capital Advisors, as well as significant roles at Baha Mar, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Jay Rosen earned a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance from Cornell University.
