The Project Management and Business Analysis team at Inicijativa „Digitalna Srbija“ is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing strategic programs aimed at developing Serbia's digital economy. This includes managing projects in formal and informal education, startup ecosystem development, legal frameworks, digital infrastructure, and public dialogue on digital transformation. The team ensures that initiatives align with organizational goals and are delivered on time and within budget, while also analyzing business processes to enhance efficiency and impact.
