Ken Rushing

Ken Rushing is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the food and chemical industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Initiative Foods since February 2021, Ken has extensive experience growing private-label businesses and educating category managers across various product lines. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager at Valley Solvents & Chemicals, where Ken achieved recognition as salesperson of the year in 2020, and Director of Sales for Riverbend Foods LLC, focusing on canned and jarred products. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Alliance Foods Inc, GST Manufacturing, Chicken of the Sea, and Mizkan Americas, as well as earlier roles at Daymon Worldwide and Fleming Foods. Ken holds a BBA in Marketing from Harding University and has continued education in leadership through the Worship Leaders Institute.
