Lydia Polzer

Lydia Polzer serves as the Associate Editor for Wings, the bi-monthly inflight magazine of German Eurowings airline, overseeing production and crafting high-quality travel stories since September 2015. With a robust background in photography, Lydia operated as a Freelance Photographer, specializing in documentary, travel, and portrait photography from 2007 to 2015. Prior to that, Lydia garnered experience in arts and design through various self-employed roles, including a Design Director role for Car & Accessory Trader magazine at Haymarket Media Group from 2005 to 2015, and worked as a German language sub-editor for Germanwings Inflight magazine. Lydia also has a significant academic contribution as a Visiting Lecturer at Brunel University from 2005 to 2015, teaching magazine design and production. Educational credentials include an MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography from London College of Communication and a BA (Hons) in Journalism with a Social Science from City, University of London.
